It is with profound sadness that we announce the untimely death of Zipporah Wekulo Wanyonyi, which occurred on August 30, 2019 at Webuye County Hospital. Until her demise, Zipporah was an employee of Freight In Time Limited.

Daughter of the late Humphrey Wanyonyi Masita and Mama Gladys Wanyonyi of Kakimanyi village Webuye West Sub-County. Loving mother of Humphrey Kadenge (KU) and Leticia Mukanzi (Brenda Girls High School). Sister of the late Laureen Kiluyi, Cythia King’asia, Delinah King’asia, Caro Wanyonyi, Daniel Wambasi, Elizabeth Wanyonyi (National Treasury), Celestine Kinga’sia, Peter Wanyonyi and Ruth Meta Wanyonyi.

Sister-in-law of Erick Joseph Okumbo, Moses Keya, Gladys Wambasi, Lillian Wambasi and many others. Niece of the late Mayama Masita, Juma Masita, Munialo Masita, Sitati Masita, Moses Mayama, Sitati Musala, Tunai Wanangwe, Tinah Malaba, the late Munyite Masita, Colletta Masita, Nambobi Masita, Christine Masita, and others. Cousin of DCC Geoffrey Mwami Mayama, Meshack Mukhwana, Kevin Wambasi, the Wabendes, Musalas, Tarachas, Mayamas, Watimas, Wanyonyis, Wafulas and many others. Aunt of many. Granddaughter of the late Masita Sitati, Zipporah Wekulo, Joyce Masita and Kundu Muyundo.

Funeral arrangements are underway. Burial will take place at home in Kakimanyi Village next to Micheal Wamalwa High School on Saturday 14th September, 2019.
