It is with great sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of our beloved Agnes Njoki Wachira, who passed away on Saturday 15th April, 2023, after a long illness bravely borne.

Daughter to the late Charagu Mutuaruhiu and the late Magdaline Njeri Charagu of Kiangunyi. Daughter-in-law to the late Jackson Kariuki Wambeti and the late Lucy Wangithi Kariuki.

Wife to James Wachira Muriuki. Loving mother to Jackson Muriuki, Simon Charagu, Lucy Nyaguthii and Ann Njeri. Mother-in-law to Cecelia Muthoni,Agnes Wanja and Michael Rajkowski.

Sister to Teresiah Nyambura, Agostino Kinyanjui, Joseph Mutuaruhiu, Judy Wairimu, Mary Wambui, the late Linus Mburu and late Milks Wanjiku.

Sister-in-law to Francis Agnes Njoki Wachira Mwangi, Anthony Njogu, the late Jemimah Nyawira and Priscilla Wanjiku.

Grandmother to Agnes Njoki, James Wachira,Tamara Njoki, James Franklin Wachira, Morgan Githinji, Shannel Njoki, Tristan Wachira, Erling Babu and Christine Njoki.

Friends and family are meeting daily at her home at Kibirigwi from 4.00pm.

There shall be a requiem mass on Saturday 229dApril, 2023 at 3.00pm at her home in Kibirigwi.

The cortege will leave Jamii Hospital Mortuary on Tuesday 25th April, 2023 8:00am for a funeral mass at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church – Kibirigwi scheduled at 11:00am, allowed by interment at her home in Kibirigwi Village, Ndia Sub-county, Kirinyaga County.
