David Kitawi Fumbu

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mr. David Kitawi Fumbu which occurred on Thursday, 28th July 2022 at Moi hospital Vol after a short illness.

Son to the late Gerishom Mwanjila Fumbu and the late Tabitha Wakio of Hole Village in Dernbwa,Taita Taveta County. Loving husband to the late Elizabeth Wanjala Kitawi. Father to Gerry Mwanjila Kitawi, Hammerton Kinguwo Kitawi (King) and Ibrahim Marasimio Kitawi. Father-in-law to Wema Nyaki and Winnie Ciwah.

Grandfather to Taji Mwanjila, Shangwe Mwanjila, Angel Wanjala, Patience Neema, Imani Wakio. Brother to Bernard Mwadime, Hope Mzae, Betty Msemo, Mercy Mwachala, Danson Fumbu, Cromwell Fumbu, Joseph Mwakio and Clemence Mwarema.

Brother-in-law to Ethel Mkiwa, Nelly Mdunga, Grace Nganga and Mary Mwalwala.

A celebration of life service will be held at the Dembwa Primary School grounds on Saturday, 6th August, 2022 at 10.00am. The cortege will leave the Moi Hospital Mortuary, Voi on 5th August 2022 for an overnight vigil.
