It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mzee Aaron Kipsang Rutto of Kipkeresa Village, Talai location, Baringo County on 02nd February 2019 after a short illness.

Son of the late Senior Chief Solomon Rutto Cherogony and the late Roda Sokome. Loving husband of Sally Rutto and Agnes Rutto. Father of Major Wilson Rutto, Roy Rutto, Sydney Rutto and Kevin Rutto. Father in law of Lydia, Claire and Robyn. Brother in law of Birirs (Gracier, Irene, Tim, Julius, Elvis, the late Barry, John, the late Samson, the late Edward, the late Mariam Chemoiywo, the late Kimeli) and Mirius (Julia, Margaret, the late Gatwiri, Joshua, Peter and Tabitha).Grandfather of Ricky, Sharon, Seth, Saint, Shaniah, Jepkoech, Kimutai, Jayden and Avril. Brother of the late Jackson and Mrs. Milcah Rutto, the late Mrs. Dinah Limo and the late Mr. Andrew Limo, Mr. Zakayo and Mrs. Judith Rutto, Mr. Isaiah and Mrs. Nancy Rutto, the late Mr. Johanna and Mrs. Miriam Rutto, the late Mrs. Beatrice Rotich and Mr. Ignatius Rotich, Mr.Thomas and Mrs. Ruth Rutto, Mrs. Leah Matetai and Mr. Joseph Matetai, Ms. Grace Rutto and Ms. Jennifer Rutto. Uncle of many and cousin of many. Son-in-law of the late Mr. & Mrs. KipKoech Birir and the late Mr. & Mrs. Mathew Miriu Marambii.

Family and friends will be meeting daily in State House Crescent home (Nairobi), Talai and Kabiyet (Eldama-Ravine).

Fundraising will be held on Wednesday 13th February 2019 from 5pm to 8 pm at All Saints Cathedral Nairobi (opposite Serena hotel), Eldama Ravine Terrix motel and Kabiyet home.

Memorial service will be on Friday I 5th February 2019 at CITAM Valley Road from 11 am — 1.00 pm.

The cortege leaves Chiromo Mortuary on Saturday 16th February 2019 at 6 a.m and burial will take place at Kabiyet home in Eldama Ravine, Baringo County from midday.
