We announce the death of Agnes Ndumi Mativo of King’alani Village, Kitaingo Sub location, Mukaa Sub County of Makueni County which occurred on the 16th February 2019 at Nairobi Women’s Hospital

Wife of Joseph Mutisya (Retired Teacher and Pastor). Mother to Grishon Mativo (Diamond Trust Bank Nairobi), Margaret Kyalo (Principal Malatani Secondary School), Jonathan Mativo (Kilifi), Josephine Njeru (Kalongo Pharmacy), Jeniffer Ndanu (Africa Cables), Sophina Nzau (Mbee Sec. School) and Peter Mativo (Safaricom). Mother-in-law of Caroline Kyalo, Joseph Musyoka (Principal Kitonyoni Secondary School), Jeniffer Musyoki (KEMRI Kilifi), Brasio Njeru (Kenya Police Bamburi), Joseph Nzau (Nguutani Secondary School) and Joy Mutisya.

Grandmother to Tabitha Kyalo (Moi Girls Nairobi), Tito Kyalo (University of Nairobi), Samuel Mwongela (Pioneer School), Faith Kathure (St Teresiah Academy), Gloria Ndinda (Precious Blood Riruta), Olive Ndanu (Machakos Academy) and Mr. Wayne Mwendwa (Brighton International School), among others. Sister of Jackson Nzue, the late Susan Francis, the late Beatrice Mwelu, the late Daniel Maithya, Musau Maithya, among others.

Friends and relatives are meeting at Garden Square Nairobi daily for planning.

A fund raiser to offset the hospital bill and funeral expenses will be held on 27th February 2019 at the same venue at 6.00pm.

The cortege leaves Montenzuma Funeral Home, Nairobi on the Saturday 2nd March 2019 for a funeral the same day at King’alani village, Makueni County.
