Agneta Mary Anyango Ouma Ojambo

Born: 31st October 1965 – Died: 31st October 2020

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Mrs. Agneta Mary Anyango Ouma Ojambo of Khung’ungu Khu-Dam Village, Matayos Sub-County, Busia County, which occurred on 31st October 2020 after a short illness. Until her death, she was serving as Deputy Director, Supply Chain Management at The Kenya National Examinations Council.

Wife of Mr. Godffrey Ojambo Were of Kenya Wine Agencies Limited. Daughter of the late Christopher Ouma Ingealu and Marcella Nekesa Ouma. Daughter in-law of Mr. Abednego Ngwabe Were and Jane Namulundu Were. Mother of Edna Maira- Infotrak, Edel Mamu- Macensal School of Fashion, Carla Kwini Ochondo- Kenyatta University and Laureen Nabwire- St. Mary’s Runda. Grandmother of Rina Amani. Sister of Margaret Akoth Ouma- Khung’ungu Village, Absokondita Nasirumbi Ouma, Caroline Rose Ouma- Kenya Airways and Julius Masigah among others. Mother in-law of Anariko Ikweri. Sister in-law of Edward Were, Stella Were, Sylvia, Maureen, Barbra, Walter, Wilber, John Were, Geoffrey Were, Bernard, Wycliffe among others.

Friends and family are meeting at their home in Royal Park Estate, lang’ata.

There will be a memorial service at Montezuma on 6th November 2020 at 7.00am. Thereafter, the procession departs to Mundika Village- Busia County. She will be laid to rest on Saturday 7th November 2020.
