Alfred Mbugua Karanja

It is with a heavy heart and in submission to the will of God that we announce the death of Alfred Mbugua Karanja of Weavers Shabab Nakuru which occurred on Sunday 1st November, 2020.

Beloved Husband of Lucy Waithera Mbugua, Rose Gathoni Mbugua and Anne Wangari Mbugua. Son of the late David Karanja Macharia (Koimbutha) and the late Joyce Wangari Karanja. Father of Joyce Wangari, Steven Ikumbu (Kubse), Samuel Mwangi (Onyiso), Jane Wanjiru, Mary Mwihaki, late David Muchiri, late Tabitha Njeri, Isack Wanjohi (USA), Harrison Karanja (Harry), Duncan Mwangi (Dun rasta), Kenneth Gachuru, Keren Mbugua (Australia) and Joyce Joan (Strathmore).

Father-in-law of Maggie Ikumbu, Ashley Mwangi, Ngonyo Muchiri, the late Ndegwa, Maina and Mike. Grandfather of 16 kids and great grandfather of 2. Brother of the late Samuel Mwangi, late David Kibe, Mary Mwihaki (Rikia) and Joseph Njoroge (Mbaruk).

Prayer meetings are being held at their residence home in Nakuru Shabab (Weavers) from 5.00pm-6.00pm.

The cortege leaves Nakuru War Memorial Hospital Mortuary on 7th November, 2020 at 9.00am. The burial ceremony to be held at Nakuru South Cemetery on the same day.
