It is with humble acceptable of God’s will that we announce the passing of Ambassador Leo Pius Odero OGW, of Pe-Hill Village, South Sakwa Location, Migori County who passed away on 1st April 2024.
Husband of the late Susan Akinyi Odero and Debora Adhiambo Odero.
Son of the late Mzee Michael Odero and Luisa Ochilo and Catherina Agutu. Brother of Maria Ogutu Ayieko (The
Late), Euphemia Awino Odipo (The Late).
Son In-law of Elbetus Owuo and Josphine Aguko, and Pascal Wanga Agunda, (All The Late) and Edwina Awuor. Brother In-law of Peter Omwono Owuo.
Father of Celine Orata, Suprosa Achieng, Jennifer Ombaka (The Late), Hellen Sewe and Albert Odero.
Father In Law of H.E Hamilton Orata, Dr Oginga Okumu Ombaka (The Late), George Sewe (The Late), and Dorothy Odero, Great-Uncle of H.E Dr. Ochilo Ayacko Governor Migori County.
Grand Father of Dr Noelle Orata Okonji, Michelle Orata, Alicia Orata, Cindy Orata, Lynette Ombaka, Christine Ombaka Kiaye, Robert Ombaka, Kevin Sewe, Renee Sewe, Dr Laura Odero, Dr Claire Odero And Michael Odero.
Great Grand Father of Ayana Okonji, Nigel Okonji, Gavin Okonji, Andrea Puzo, Terri Kiaye and Tiffany Kiaye.
Burial Will Be At His Home In Pe -Hill Village, Migori County On Wednesday 17th April 2024.

Pe hill village has lost a man who has left a story to be tell from education, diplomatic relations and Agriculture as a whole . To Odero’s family you have lost a father , an uncle , an in law , a grand father ,a great grand father and a bove all you have lost a man of the people . As I know him to me Leo was a great agriculturist ,therefore the gap Mzee has left behind will never be filled by anyone . My prayer and thought are with you during this difficult moment , may you find a solace peace from God that know human can give .
