Amos Njaramba Ndungu

With deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the sudden death of Amos Njaramba Ndungu on 5th December 2022.

He was the cherished husband of Dr. Jane Njaramba (PhD) and loving father to Joseph Ndungu and Lisa Wairimu of Australia.

Amos was the beloved son of Joseph Ndungu Mucheru and Beth Wairimu Ndungu of Mathuri Village, Kandara Sub-county -Muranga. Brother to Peter Ng’ang`a, John Macharia, Ann Wamaitha, Peter Njenga, Peris Njeri, the late Paul Ngugi, Alexander Murugu, Mary Nyambura, Damacious Thuo, Catherine Nyokabi and Magdalene Wanjiku.

Brother-in-law to Beth Nganga, Jane Macharia, Irene Njenga, Isaac Ndungu, Jane Ngugi, Nahason Ndegwa, Caroline Thuo, John Lengen, the late Patrick Gichuru, Hannington Mwai, Wairimu, Nyakinyua, Nyakonyu, the late Mumbi, Muringo, Wangui and Wanyiri.

He was cousin to Jane Wanjiru (Wakioni) of USA among others and a much loved uncle to many.

Family and friends are meeting every weekday from Tuesday, 13th December at All Saints Cathedral Nairobi from 5:30pm and at their family home in Mathuri Village.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral home- Kabati on Wednesday, 21st December 2022 at 8:00am for a funeral service and burial at Mathuri Village Kandara, Murang’a County.
