He was Husband of Savitaben Amritlal Gudka. He was Son of Late Hemraj Lakhdhir Gudka and Late Hiruben Hemraj Gudka.

He was Son-in-Law of Late Virpar Punja and Late Padmaben Virpar Punja. He was Father of Bina. Nisha. Sanjay and Manisha.

He was Father-in-Law of Anil Haria. Late Pravin Sumaria. Rekha Sanjay and Rakesh Gosrani.

He was Grandfather of Rohan & Dhara. Raj. Krishna &Kalpesh. Pooja. Sanjana and Vedant.

He was Brother of Late Maniben Devraj Kara. Late Jayaben Liladhar Haria. Late Shantaben Mulji Mepa, Late Karamshibhai. Late Veljibhai. Late Harakhchandbhai (Nrb). Premchandbhai (Nrb) and Kantibhai (India).

He was Brother-in-Law of Late Kasturben Karamshi. Late Kasturben Velji. Pushpaben Harakhchand, Lalitaben Premchand and Hansaben Kantilal.

He was Brother-in-Law of Late Ratilalbhai. Jayantilalbhai. Late Shantilalbhai. Amratben Nemchand. Late Motiben Zaverchand (Nrb). Late Kanchaben Dhanji. and Vijyaben Jayantilal.

He was Cousin of Late Hansraj Virpar and Kasturben Hansraj.
