It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Anne Wanjiru Thuo.

Daughter of late Stephen Mbugua and Gladys Gathoni. Beloved wife of John Thuo Munjogu (Mwalimu Thuo), co-wife of Margaret Wangui. Mother of Eunice Gathoni, Lucy Njeri, Victoria Nuna and Lorrayne Mwihaki. Step-mother of Godfrey Munjogu, Lucy Njeri, Leonard Murengi, Patrick Ndua, Charles King`atua and Fidelis Wambui. Mother-in-law of Joseph Alomba and Evans Nyairo. Doting grandmother of Adrian Thuo and Ryan Nyairo. Sister of Jane Mwihaki, Francis Kimani, Grace Wanjiku, Peter Kamau and Michael Kanari.

Family and friends are meeting at her residence in Thome 5 behind Homeland Inn next to Safari Brooks Academy at 4pm daily.

The cortege leaves K.U. mortuary on Friday 14/9/2018 at 8am. Burial thereafter at Githunguri, Mitahato, Kimathi village near Gathirimu Girls Secondary School.
