Barack Emmanuel Odour Otieno

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of Gods will that we announce the passing of Barack Emmanuel Odour-Otieno (formerly of Ministry of Labour & ILO) that occurred on 29th April 2024 after a long illness.

Husband of Cllr Dolly Otieno, father of George, Nicholas, Raymond Paul and Michelle. Father in law of Elizabeth, Riziki, Helge and the late Esther.

Son of the Late Ayub Okoyo and late Phoebe Okoyo, Siaya Township. Son in law of the Late Marcel -r Ndege and Lucia Kola of Sakwa Bondo.

Brother of late Patrica, late Gladys, late Selina, late Lorna, late Margaret, late Mildred, Mary, Pamela and Ken.

Brother-in-law of Merab, Beatrice, Fransisca, Nasarina and Roseline, the late Florence, late Jim late Beatrice & the late Joe.

Cousin to the Okoths, Joel, Samuel, Bao, Gondi, Ombeng, Awita, Othuogo, Oderas, Onyango ‘ and Ogony6 families. Grandpa to Marcel, Nyawanda, Thelma, Jeremy, Malcolm„Akinyi, Mariam and Noah. Uncle to Many.

There will be a Requiem Mass at Pantaleon Catholic Church, Siaya town from 3.00pm on 10th May 2024.

Funeral Mass will be held at Mulaha Primary School from 9.00 am on 11th May 2024 thereafter Burial Rites will follow at his home in Mulaha, Siaya Township, Siaya County.
