Son of Godfrey Munene Ndii Nyagah and Cecilia Muthoni Munene. Husband of Lilian Machuma Khaemba. Father of Godfrey Munene Junior, Geoffrey Khaemba and Gabriella Mukami. Brother of Simon Kariuki, Paul Muturi, Lucy Ndegi, Julian Murugi, Gabriel Kibuti, Justin Machariajoseph Murithi, Albert Mwangi and Beata Ngithi. Son-in-law of Geoffrey Khaemba and Ezeherha Khaemba. Brother-in-law of Faith, Rebecca, Kensey, Valentine, Elishamah, Doris (U.K), David, Juma, Beverlyne (Late) and many others. Nephew of Mitaru, Mairu, Baraka, Mavuno, Kendra, Murithi, Mwangi, Ndirangu, Gicugu among others. Uncle of Karimi, Mukami, Tamara, Shanice, Ngatha, Travis, Cliff, Neema, Annabell, Munene among others.

Friends and Family are meeting daily at Nairobi and his rural home in Iriamurai, Kiritiri Division, Embu County.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on 28th February 2020 at 8.00 am for prayer service and burial at Iriamurai, Gachaki village, Kiritiri Embu.
