Benjamin Ithamba Yatta

It’s with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Benjamin Ithamba Yatta which occurred on 29th March 2021 at PCEA Kikuyu Hospital.

Son of the late Yatta Tote and the late Kitulu Yatta. Beloved husband of Yuma Ithamba. Brother of Ndungi, Ndambu, the late Ngunga, the late Kitheka, Mwikali and Munywoki. Father of Kasyoka, Peninah, Cecilia, Mukai, the late Mutua, Kyalo, Robert. Bibiana and Kimanzi. Father-in-law of Kanini, Mwathi, Esther, the late Ndulu, Mulyungi and the late Muusya Mbuluu. Grandfather of Mwende, Mwangaa, Kivii, Kasaa, Musangi, Mboi, Maureen, Queen, Tyson, among others.

Great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather of many.

The cortege leaves KU Mortuary, on Tuesday the 6th April, 2021, at 7.00am and thereafter funeral service and burial will be held at his homestead at Nzalae Village, Ngutani Ward, Mwingi West Sub–county, Kitui County.

A life so beautifully lived will be beautifully remembered.
