Benjamin Kiptum Kibiego

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mr. Benjamin Kiptum Kibiego, of Kibiego Kiptum and Company, which occurred on Wednesday 14th July 2021.

Son of the late Kipkalwa Koitie and late Soti Kipkalwa of Metkei Village, Elgeyo Marakwet Country. Loving husband of Leah J Kibiego, father to Kipkemoi Kiptum, Joanne J Omwitsa and Kevin Kibiwot Kiptum. Brother of Late William Kibiego, Susan Mitei, Winsome Soi, Late Pauline Koitie, Winfred Barsulai and the late Josphine Koitie. He was brother in law to Grace Kibiego of Talget (Elgeyo Border). Son in law of the late Joseph Kimurto Kamar and Kobilo Kamar. Father in law to Ronald Omwitsa.

He was blessed with three grandchildren, Jebet, Aryanna and Adriel. He was the uncle of 11 nephews and 8 nieces.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his Karen residence between 4PM and 7PM.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, 22nd of July at CITAM Karen from 10:00am. He will be laid to rest on Saturday 24th July 202 I at his farm in Kibiriria, Kipkabus, Uasin Gishu County from 10:00am.
