Bernard Binyenya Wasige

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Retired Teacher Bernard Binyenya Wasige.

Son of the late Charles Wasige Binyenya and Late Lornah Nanyama Wasige of Makhonge Village, Kimili sub county Bungoma. Loving husband of the late Juliet Nangila Binyenya. Father of Sheila Mwikhuwa Kahi (US), Agosta, Tony, Dennis, Tim, Eugene and late Rina. Brother of retired PPO Everett Wasige, Leornard, late Richard, Ronald, Prof. Edward Wasige (Glasgow), Eliud, Janet & Linet. Brother in law of Gladys, Everlyne, Winnie, Brenda Judy, Violet, Titus Lusaka among others.

Grandfather of Ashley, Ariana, Glen, Juliet, Ivy, Laura, Abby, Bethany, Glen Sandra & Duncan. Uncle of Advocate Benjamin Binyenya (Malindi), Agosta , Jeremiah, Brenda, Brian, Anne, Valerie, Lorna among others.

Nephew of Rose Masinde, late Brigid Sichangi, Selina Wekesa, John Nyongesa Mecca, Prof. Battan Khaemba, Sella Liko, late Ibrahim Muchi, late Michael Makhanu, late Nelson Nyongesa, George Mukusi among others.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home, Sinoko village, Mapera.

There will be a fundraising at his home on Wednesday 26th starting at 2.00 p.m.

Burial will be on Saturday 28th September at his home.

May God rest his soul in eternal peace.
