Bishop Charles Kariuki Mwangi

It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce promotion to glory of Bishop Charles Kariuki Mwangi after a short illness.

He was the founder of Alive in Christ Ministries (A.I.C.M) Mtopanga Mombasa and Faith Word Academy. Son of the late Samuel Mwangi Gitau and the late Loise Njeri Mwangi of Mugoiri, Murang’a County. Son-in-law of late Rev John Ndegwa and the late Beth Wanjiku of Nyamathumbi Gatundu North Kiambu County. Loving husband of the late Esther Wanjira Kariuki. Father of Elizabeth Kariithi, Samuel Mwangi and John Ndegwa. Father-in-law of Moses Kariithi. Grandfather of Michael Kamau and Tabitha Wanjiku. Brother of Faith and Gitahi, Gidraph and Ruth Nduati, Eunice and Erastus, Charity and Mungai, Rufus and Martha Gatuma, Dinah Muthoni. Brother-in-law of Hanna (late), John (late), Stephen, Sarah, Peter (late) and Jeremiah.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Alive in Christ Ministries Church Mtopanga.

The cortege leaves Pandya Mortuary on Thursday 13th February 2020 at 8:00 an-Funeral service will take place at Alive In Christ Church Mtopanga and burial will follow there after in the Church compound.
