Husband of Miriam Muthoni Mwangi of Freehold Nakuru. Father of Jane Mwangi, Joyce Mwangi, the late Zipporah Mwangi, Elijah Mwangi, Naomi Maina, Reuben Mwangi, Peter Mwangi and the late Hannah Mwangi. Son of the late Jonnah Maina ltegi and the late Janet Muringi. Brother to Maina Itegi, Josphat Itegi, Bishop Simon Thuku Itegi, the late Zipporah Wangui, Hannah Muthoni and Wanjiku Mucha .
Father-in-law of Joseph Mwangi (PGH) Nakuru, Simon Kagunda (Golden Flamingo) Bernard Maina (Mima Insurance Brokers), Lucy Mumbi Maina and Monicah Wanjiru Reuben. Grandfather of Maren, Reuben, Dan, Leah, Miriam, Gladys, Jan and Jose(s) among others.
Prayers and preparation meetings are taking place daily at Hotel City Max Nakuru from 5.30pm.
The cortege leaves War Memorial Mortuary on 05/01/2018 for funeral service at Kunste Gardens Nakuru, followed by body interment in his farm Dundori gwa Kiongo in Nyandarua County.
