Brother-in-Christ Obed Mwangi Munga

1936 – 2018

It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Brother in Christ Obed Mwangi Munga (Retired Ray-leader A.C.K Kairi church) of Kairi village, Kamacharia Location, Muranga County.

Son of the late Munga Thuo and the late Susan Wangui. Husband of the late Hanna Wanjiku. Loving Father of the late Mary Wangui (Nyeri), Agnes Kihara (Kangema), John Munga, Wilson Ngugi (Windson Services), Peter Maina, Jane Ndungu-(KAM, Florence Wanjiru, Samuel Wambugu and Joseph Wainaina. Father-in-law of the late Gabriel Munge, Daniel Kihara, Jane Munga, Charity Ngugi, Miriam Maina, John Ndungu, Gladwell Wambugu and Mary Wainaina. Brother of the late Thuo Munga, Wairimu Ngugi and Benson Wambugu. Grandfather and a great grandfather of many.

Funeral arrangements and prayers are being held daily at his home Kairi village.

The cortege leaves Kiria-ini Mission Hospital on Saturday 20th January, 2018 at 9.00am, for a funeral service at A.C.K Kairi Parish and thereafter burial at his home.
