Calperine Wawira

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of Calperine Wawira of Kenyatta University School of Nursing that occurred on 17th February 2019.

Wife of Dr. George Kimani (Tend hospital Embu). Mother of Brian Gikandu (JKUAT) and Yvonne Wanjiku (UON). Daughter of the late Cyprian Murage and the late Cecily Wanjira of Kamweti Village, Kirinyaga County. Daughter-in-law of John Gikandu Kanyiri and Jecinta Wanjiku Gikandu of Wanjengi Village, Muranga County. Sister, sister-in-law, auntie, cousin and friend of many.

Friends and relatives are meeting until Thursday for funeral arrangements at the family homestead in Kahawa Sukari and Magomano Hotel.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Mortuary on Saturday 23rd February at 7:00am for burial at Wanjengi Village, Muranga County.
