Catherine Wairimu Kimani

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of our beloved Mum Catherine Wairimu Kimani of Joska, which occurred at Nairobi South Hospital on 13th November 2017 after a long illness bravely borne.

Loving wife of the late Michael Kimani Mambo. Beloved mother of Victoria Wanjiru (USA), Silvia Nyokabi (Nairobi County), Grace Mercy Swett (USA), Benedict Kimani (Nyandarua County Water), Naomi Mambo (Nyahururu), Dr. Mary Kimani (UON), the late Domitilla Nyambura and Francis Nganga (Joska). Daughter of the late Petro Ng’ang’a and the late Eunice Nyokabi of Mang’u. Sister of the late George Waweru, Dominc K. Ng’ang’a, Stephen Ng’ang’a and the late Ben Kigwa. Dear aunty, grandmother and great grandmother of many.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily at her home in Joska and All Saint Cathedral, Nairobi at 5pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home on Tuesday 21st November 2017, at 8am for service and burial at Langata Cemetry, Nairobi County.
