It is with profound sorrow that we announce the deaths of Charity Cherop Cheboi and Allan Kipng’etich Kiptanui

Charity Cheboi was the mother to Allan Kipng’etich Kiptanui. She was the first born daughter of Matthew Kipchirchir Cheboi and Catherine Cheboi and sister to Martin Kiprotich Cheboi. She was the sister-in-law to Lynette Chemutai and Aunt to Adrian and Adriel.

Charity was granddaughter to the late Joel Cheboi Kipchoge, Flomena Tapsimei Kipchoge and the late Florah Tamining Kipchoge; The late Evanson Nguti Kamanda andThe late Miriam Nguti and Esther Nguti. She was niece to Nicholas and Martha, the late Daniel and Ann, John and Esther, Joseph and the late Joyce, George and Eunice, Samuel and Sarah, Andrew and Lenah, Sammy and Jacqueline, Rose, Christopher and Evaline, Benard and Josephine, Philip and Ann, Caroline, Lameck and Leonida; Benson and Jane, James and Mary, the late Patrick and Joyce Karanja, Jacinta Wanjiru, the late Francis and Cecilia Karichu, the late Godfrey Ngugi and Naomi Mumbi, the late Charles Gitau and the late Jane Wambui.

Allan Kipng’etich Kiptanui was the son of Kenneth Kiptanui and the late Charity Cherop Cheboi. He was the grandson of Matthew and Catherine Cheboi and Andrew Chemweno and Florah Chemweno. He was brother to Leona Jebet Kiptanui. He was nephew to Martin Cheboi, Lynette Chemutai and Moses Abel Kipkemboi. He was cousin to Adrian and Adriel, Alvin, George, Jessen, Ivyne, Derrick, Kayden, among others.

The burial will be tomorrow, Thursday 4th March 2021 at their home Sing’ore Farm in Soy sub-County, Uasin Gishu County.
