It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mr. Charles Mwangi Mathangani on 29th November 2018 at Mathari Mission Hospital Nyeri.

Son of the late Moses Mathangani Wambugu (Muthi) and Ann Wanjiru Mathangani. Beloved husband of Mary Theru Mwangi. Loving father of Moses Mathangani and Elizabeth Wangari of Nairobi,, Noah Sum and Dr. Ann Mwangi both of Moi University Eldoret, Samuel Wahome and Catherine Njeri of Kahawa West Nairobi, Stephen Muriuki and Catherine Kirigo of Meru and Bernard Wambugu of Nyeri. Brother of Elder Bernard Wachira Mathangani, Esther Wangui Kamau, Nancy Nyambura Wanyiri, the late Peterson Kinyua, the late Purity Waigumo Kamate, the late Dickson Wamahiu and Pst. Mary Nyawira. Uncle and Grandfather of many.

Family and friends are meeting at Homeland Grill Nairobi, Elsa Hotel – Meru and at his home Gatitu Village Nyeri for burial arrangements.

The cortege will leave Consolata Mathari Funeral Home on Friday 7th December 2018 at 8.00am for burial at his home Gatitu village, Nyeri County.
