Charles Naibala Waruingi

Born 18/8/1942 – Died 29/9/2019

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of our beloved Charles Naibala Waruingi of Kajiado, after a long illness bravely borne. He passed on, on Sunday 29th September 2019.

Son of the late Paul Kinyanjui Waruingi and Grace Nyokabi. Husband of Lorna Siamanta Waruingi. Father of Paul Kinyanjui, Grace Nyokabi, Christine Wambui, George Meritel, Tom Maripet and John Wariuingi. He was grandfather of Vivian, Sylvia, Derick, Jan, Shirleen, Mackray, Gienna Miguel and a great grandfather to Shelmith.

Brother of Tom Maripet Waruingi (Tosheka), Professor Ben Chege, Leah Lesinko, Margery Kabuya, Lanet, Simaloi, Oscar, and the late Nancy. Father-in-law of Agnes Kinyanjui. Cousin of Waruingi wa Chege family from Kikuyu and the Tande family from Ngong and a friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Kajiado town and at Tom Waruingi’s home in Bulbul Ngong.

The cortege will leave Umash Funeral Home on Mbagathi Way Nairobi on Tuesday 8th October 2019 at 7.00 am for funeral service and interment at his home in Kajiado town.

“I have fought the good fight and finished the race. I have kept the faith now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness which the Lord, the Righteous Judge will award to me on this day.” 2nd Timothy 4: 6-7
