Christine Wanjiru Gikang’a

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will, that we announce the passing of Christine Wanjiru Gikang’a, of Tigoni, Limuru which occurred in Atlanta, Georgia, on the 13th of December, 2020.

Daughter of the late Margaret Mukami Kabiru. An adopted daughter of the late Mr Kariuki Gikang’a, formerly of Barclays Bank (now ABSA) and his wife Mrs. Irene Wanjiku Gikang’a.

Sister to Wangari Gikang’a, Joki Gikang’a and the late Kariuki Gikang’a Jr.

An Aunt to Francis, David, Lisa and Laura, among others.

She had many loving Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

Family and Friends are meeting daily at their home in Tigoni, Limuru from 3:00pm.

The cortege leaves the Kenyatta University Funeral Home, on Tuesday, the 29th of December 2020 at 9:30am for the Funeral service at their Tigoni home at 10:30am where she will be laid to rest.
