Damaris Wanjiku Kihanya (Mama Njambi)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Damaris Wanjiku Kihanya (Mama Njambi) on 2-11-2020 after a short illness.

Daughter of the late Peter Njuguna Thairu (Arahuka) and Elizabeth Wanjiru Njuguna. Daughter in law to late Elder Samuel Mburu Njoroge and Gladys Njambi Mburu. Loving wife of Simon Kihanya Mburu (SK). Mother to Gladys Njambi and Patrick Kiriga, Elizabeth Wanjiru and Henry Njuguna. Grandmother to Christian kiriga, Samuel Kiriga, Jeremy Njuguna and Jessica Njuguna.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home Rungiri, Gitaru, Kabete, Kiambu next to PCEA Joseph Ngwaci memorial church Rungiri for funeral arrangements.

The cortege departs PCEA Kikuyu hospital mortuary on Friday 6-11-2020 at 9am for funeral service and burial at her home Rungiri.
