It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of David Mutemi Mwenzwa which occurred on 10/03/2021.

Son of the late Mr & Mrs. Mwenzwa Mbitha. Husband of Martha Muthina. Father of Annie Kasau, Luka, the late Mutua, Sammy Mutemi, Philip, Ruth, Alice Katunge, Susan Koli and Mwende. Father-in-law of Benjamin Mengo, Esther, Elizabeth, Eunice, Tabitha, Kyalo, John Kithome, Chris Wambua and Fred Mwikya.

Grandfather of Musee Kimanzi, Mutemi Kimanzi, Mwikali, Martha, Mutemi Luka, Jeff, Darius, Musee Sammy, Junior, Mumo, Joy, Dave, Kristina, Mary, Ben, Mutheu, Kisilu, Kithome, Mutemi Mbithi and Fabi Mbithi. Great-grandfather of Patience, Kelly, Ivan Jabali, Adrian and Maryanne. Uncle of many.

In-law (Syitae) of the late Mr & Mrs. Mengo, the late Mr & Mrs. Munyithya, the late Mr. Musewa and Mrs. Oiristine Musewa, the late Mr. Mwithui and Mrs. Mukukye, the late Mr. Kilonzi and Mrs Kasau, the late Mr. Muema and Mrs. Fransisca, the late Mr & Mrs. Kithome, the late Mr, Kisilu and Mrs. Miriam, Dr. Nelson Kyalo and Prof. Dorothy Kyalo.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Mboru village and Paradise Hotel, Mwingi Town, for prayers and condolences with the family adhering to MOH Covid 19 protocols. There will be a mini harambee at Paradise Hotel, today 17/03/2021, starting 5.00pm.

The cortege will leave Mbaku uneral Home – Matuu, on 19/03/2021, at 7.00am, followed by memorial service at his home where he will be laid to rest at Mboru Village, Mwingi Central sub-county, Kitui County.
