It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of David Muthee Gakuna.

Son of Duncan Gakuna Kionga and Grace Waitherero of Kayu Village, Rwathia. Husband of Kristin Mumbi. Faher of Grace Waitherero and Renee Syombua. Grandfather of Luqman Muthee. Brother of Samuel Githii, Charles Marira of Germany, Lucy Nduta (UK), Damaris Wanjiru (UK), the late Julius Mwangi and James Gichure (UK). Step-brother of Samuel Maina, James Karanja, Margaret Wanjiru, Lucy Nduta, and Joseph Kionga, Lilian Wanjiku  Jane Wangeci and Grace Wacera. Cousin and uncle of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Timboroa Hotel, River road from 6.00pm.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University funeral home on Saturday 30th June 2018 at 7.00am to his home at Kayu village, Rwathia. Thereafter, funeral service and burial at 11.00 am.
