David Mwenda Mbae Laban (Daktari)

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of Gods will that we announce the promotion to glory of David Mwenda Mbae Laban (Daktari) on 5th October, 2017 at Karen Hospital after a long illness bravely borne.

Beloved son of the late Laban M’Muga and late Josphine Kaimuri. Beloved husband of late Susan Muthoni Mwenda, late Mercy Nyatuga Mwenda and Florence Wamaitha Mwenda of KRA, Sameer Park. Loving father of Dennis Njeru, late Robert Munene, the late Alfred Murithi, Joy Kaimuri, Beatrice Musyoki, Kevin Mugambi, AliceWangui, Babra Mugure and Michael Kithinji. Father-in-love of Priscilla Njeru and Anthony Musyoki.

Brother of the late Esther Muthoni, Faith Njeri, Lucy Wanja, Mercy Umotho, Wilkinson Kinyua, late James Gitonga, Geoffrey Kiricho and Joseline Karambu. In-law of Geoffrey Njagi, Faith Kinyua, Dorothy Gitonga, Veronica Kiricho and Kenneth Kithuchi.

Family and friends are meeting at his home in Mutuini Dagoretti, PCEA St. Andrews and home in Chogoria from 6pm for prayers and funeral arrangements. The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral home on 13th October, 2017 at 5am for burial at his home in Baraimu village in Chogoria.
