Son of the late Gitau Waiburo and the late Milkah Wathoni Gitau.

Husband of the late Gladys Mumbi.

Loving father of Nancy Wambui, George Gitau, Janet Shauri, the late James Kariuki and Pauline Wanjiku.

He was uncle, grandfather and great-grandfather of many.

Brother of Fredrick Ndung’u, the late Nancy Wanjiku and the late Rosemary Muthiri.

Son in-law of the late Kariuki Ruhiu and Mary Wangeci from Ndurutu, Nyeri County.

Planning meetings are being held at his residence in Rongai, Umoja Road as well as at Gatwikira Village, Kandara.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home, Thika Road Branch on Tuesday, 2nd April 2024 at 9:00am for the Funeral service at Gatwikira, Kagundu-ini Ward, Kandara Constituency, Murang’a County.
