David Ombaba Kwaba

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden passing on of the late WO I (Rtd) David Ombaba Kwaba formerly of KDF (Kenya Air Force) which occurred on 6th February 2020 after he collapsed at his residence in Mihang’o – Utawala, Nairobi.

Son of the late Kwaba Osese and the late Esther Kerubo. Husband of Annie Bosibori Ombaba. Father of Collins Maiso, Doris Nyaboke, Vincent Nyang’au, Felix Ong’aro and Francis Mosomi. Father-in-law of Jack, Hilder and Priscillar.

Brother of Daniel, Ondieki, Caleb, and the late Ombwori, Mary, Dinah and Rebeccah. Brother-in-law of Jomo Mauti, Marcela, Ken, Hellen, Esther, Jackie, Stella, Ndege, Redemptor, William and the late Bisase, Rosa, Dorca, Kemuma, Mabuka and Akuma. Son-in-law to the late Peterson Mosima and Maria Moraa. Semo to Ogega, Leriari, Katana, Mgaza and the late Misita. Korera to Catherine Kemunto, Ruth Kerubo, Omwenga, Marcela and late Nelson Isaboke. Cousin to Yobes, Daudi, Mayieka, Mobisa, Mose, Magori and the late Nyariki. Dotting grandfather of Angelique, David, Natania, Annalise, Abigael and Zawadi. Uncle to Many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his residence in Mihang’o-Utawala, Afya Centre and Taracha village Nyaribari Chache for funeral arrangements as from 5pm.

Mini fundraising to be held on 16th February 2020 at his residence Mihango – Utawala and Main fundraising to be held on 18th February 1020 at Garden Square.

The cortege leaves Umash funeral home, Nairobi on Wednesday 19th February 2020 for an overnight stay at his residence in Mihang’o-Utawala. The procession leaves Nairobi to his rural home on Thursday 20th February 2020 and laid to rest on Friday 21st February 2020 at Taracha village, Taracha Location, Nyaribari Chache, Kisii County.
