Davince Ouma Omondi

19th July 1988 – 6th March 2019

It is with great sorrow that we announce the Demise of Davince Ouma Omondi aged 30 years following a tragic accident on March 6, 2019 after slipping and falling off a lift from the 15th floor of a building in Mombasa while on duty.

He was born on July 19, 1988 in Busia to Mr. James Omondi Ouma and the late Praxedis Adhiambo Odongo. Davince was a 2013 Electrical Engineering Graduate of Kisumu Polytechnic. He worked as the Head of Electrical Automation at Deeman Builders Limited displaying high level professionalism and expertise in electrical automation. Davince was an easy, fun loving, passionate about relations and caring person to his friends and family. He had uncanny ability to reach out to people in a deep and positive way.

He is survived by his wife Valentine Jahenda and Stepmother Lorna Victoria Omondi. Brother to Venantius Tom Odongo, Rolex Omondi, Geoffrey Omondi and Maxmillian Omondi, Cindy Omondi, Britah Omondi and Sylvia Omondi. He had several Uncles, Aunties and many Cousins.

Family, friends and others whose lives Davince touched are invited to Rose Wood funeral home in Rongo on Thursday March 21, 2019 at 2.30 pm for the removal of the body and a procession to his father’s home in Kasere village, Rongo.

He will be laid to rest on Friday March 22, 2019.

We loved you Dave but God loved you more. Until we met again, you will be missed dearly. May your soul rest in eternal peace
