It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of our dear mum Derina Mweru Mucee of Karwigi village Kamarandi Location, lshiara, Mbeere North, Embu County on 19th September, 2019 at Kenyatta National Hospital.

Beloved wife of the late Mzee Francis Mucee Munyambu. Daughter of the late Mr & Mrs. Njagi M’Mboroti of Kamarandi,Tharaka Nithi County. Daughter-in-law of the late Mr. & Mrs. Munyambu Njundu. Adoring mother of William and Nancy Ndwiga, Sarah Mbura, David and Judith Nyaga (Mutegi), Bernard and Charity Mugo, Rev. Peterson and Eva Kithaka, the late John & Rose Njeru. Step mother of James & Margaret Muthengi, Agnes & Zabed Gitonga, Jackson & Cecilia Mwaniki, Rosemary & the late Ndwiga Nyaga, Lena & the late Geoffrey Njagi, Margaret & Cornelius Menza, Shadrack & Elizabeth Kariuki and Sicily & Nahashon Muriithi. Grandmother and great grandmother of many.

Prayer and funeral arrangement and meetings are being held daily at ACK Christ the King Church Ruai, BlueSprings Hotel Thika Rd, Rev. Kithaka’s residence in Kiamumbi and her rural home Karwigi village from 6-8p.m.

The cortege leaves Montezuma and Monalisa Funeral Home Thika Rd Branch at Kabati on Friday 27th September, 2019 at 6.45a.m. The funeral Service will be held at home Karwigi village, Kamarandi Location, Ishiara – Mbeere North, Embu County at 11.00a.m.
