Doris Gakii Nteere

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Doris Gakii Nteere, beloved wife to Col (Rtd) Lawrence A. Nteere.
She was daughter to the late Maingi M’Aruja and Evangeline Maingi of Menga village, Meru. Loving mum to Charles Mwongera, Mabel Karwitha, Pauline Nkirote and Florence Mwendwa. Mother-in-law to Purity Kageni, George Gitonga and Dedan Ndegwa.
Doting grandmother to Mark, Angela, Rita, Jeremy, Angeline, Jolene, Adrian, Israel and Janice. Sister to the late Josephine Kaura, Rose Ndegwa and Gladys Maingi. Aunt and cousin to many.
Family and friends are meeting daily at 5:30 pm for prayers and funeral arrangements at her residence in Samat Estate Nanyuki and Paramount hotel in Meru.
The cortege leaves Nanyuki TRH Mortuary on Friday, 7th January, 2022 at 9.00am for the funeral service at Nanyuki Methodist Church and thereafter burial at her home in Samat Estate.
