Dr. Charles Muthamia Murungi
It is with humble acceptance and submission to God’s will that we announce the death of Dr. Charles Muthamia Murungi (formerly of IOM- UN Migration Agency Yemen) following illness on Friday, 8th July 2022.
Son to Lucas Murungi Arimi and Miriam Kizi Murungi (Arimi Clinical Laboratories, Embu). Son-in-law to Francis Karanja Maina and Grace Wanja Karanja (Alvina Shop, Embu).
Husband to Edith Wambui Karanja (IOM-UN Migration Agency, Kenya) and father to Tunu, Nia and Safari.
Brother to Moses Mwenda (Arimi Clinical Laboratories, Embu), Juliet Makena (Safaricom Ltd), Benson Mutiga (ALS Ltd).
Brother-in-law to Rachel Kirima, Stella Mbura, Joseph Kagicha, Hellene Karanja, Alex Maina, Martin Mwangi and Charity Muthoni. He was a dear nephews and nieces.
Family and friends are meeting daily at Prosperity Hotel, Embu town near Embu/ Nairobi Stage from 5.30p.m until Wednesday, 13th July 2022.
The cortege leaves Gakwegori Funeral Home in Embu on Thursday, 14th July 2022 at 9:00a.m and thereafter to the burial at his Fanaka Farm, Embu.
