It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Dr. Daniel Kipkirui Kipkemei Korir, a Senior Lecturer, great Psychometrician at the department of Educational Psychology, School of Education Moi University, which occurred on 30th of May 2021 at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital Eldora.

Beloved son to the late Chebos Arap Bore, late Margaret Bore and late Christine Bore. Dear Husband to Late Esther Korir and Margaret Korir and a dotting father to Peter Kiprotich Kemei, Irene Chebet, Hilda Chepchirchir, Wayne Aubrey Kiprop and Shirleen Chepkemoi. He was brother to the late Dickson Kilel, Esther Tonui, Jackson Kilel, Francis Kilel, Mathew Kilel, Andrew korir, Mary Kirui, Grace Sang, Rhoda Bii, Bore Korir, Richard Kilel, Ezekiel Korir and Caroline Yegon.

Cousin brother to Timdo’s family (Obot Ondiek, Martha Ngeno, Obot Cheboo, Rusi Koros, Elisha, George, Rebecca, Henry, Shadrack ,Anna Muma and Timothy) and Karap Rop family (Chebirirbei). He was the son in-law to the late Benjamin Maritim, the late Rusi Maritim, Peninah Maritim (Singoronik), to the late William Ngerechi, the late Ruth Ngerechi and Anne Ngerechi (Kapchepsir, Chepterit-Nandi). Father-in-law to Maryline Kernei. Grandfather to Kevin, Kyle-Ryan, Krystol, Kesley

The cortege leaves Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital on 7th June 2021 for a short prayer at Kapsoya home at 9.00am and proceed to Kericho at 11:00am. Funeral and burial will take place at home Kericho County, Kiptere, Kapchebinyal Village on Tuesday 8th June 2021.
