Dr. Francis Mwanzia Kilonzo

It is with the humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Dr. Francis Mwanzia Kilonzo formerly of Kenyatta University Department of Educational Administration that occurred on 9th July 2019 at MP Shah Hospital.

Loving husband to Joyce Kasiva Kilonzo of Kenya Medical Training College, Karen campus. Father of Anne Mbithe and Herman Mwaniki (USA), the late Mbithi Kilonzo, Christine Ndinda and Nabi Traore (USA), Christopher and Victoria Kilonzo (USA), Kevin and Jennifer Kilonzo (USA). Grandfather of Michael, Maxwell, Ibrahim, Noah, and Inara. Son of the late Simon and Rael Ndinda Kilonzo and Naomi Kilonzo.

Son-in-law of the late Philip and Rael Kitavi. Brother of the late Mwangangi, John, Elizabeth, Mutindi, Margaret, Ndila and Mutile. Brother-in-law of Dorothy, Daniel, Beatrice, Joyce Mwangangi, Joyce Kisilu and others. Nephew of the late Prof. Steve Mutunga (KU), the late Prof. Peter Mutunga (KU), Peter Wambua, the late Muithya, Ndambuki, Ngundo, Mbulwa and others. Uncle of Kingoo, Harun, Kaveke, Mutisya, Mutio, Mulwa, Mulei and others. Cousin of Kakui, Kyalo, Mutiso, Wayua, Mutisya, Titus, Nzilani, Nduku, Musau and others.

Family and friends are meeting Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 pm at the family home in Ngummo West estate Hse No 82 for prayers.

Funeral arrangement meetings are at Cardinal Otunga Plaza- St Bakhita Hall from 6-8pm On Mondays and Thursdays.
