Dr. Isaac Minae Mwangi

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on to glory of our beloved Dr. Isaac Minae Mwangi, of Kenyatta University on Sunday, 10th March, 2019. He was on board the ill-fated Ethiopian Airlines flight, which crashed on Sunday, 10th March, 2019.

Son of the late Simon Mwangi Magira and the late Hannah Waitherero of Kitale. Step-son of Mrs. Jane Mwangi. Son-in-law of Mr. Timothy Gaititi and Mrs. Mary Muthoni Gaititi of Kanorero, Murang’a County. Husband of Julia Waithera Minae of Thika Garrison Secondary School. Father of Joyanne Waitherero and Mericelle Muthoni of St. Peters Juja Primary School. Brother of late Irungu, Angela and James Ndereba of Jalyn Junior School, Sophia and John Karanja of Rironi / Syokimau, the late Steve Mucheke, the late Lucy Wambugu, Peter Kimani Mwangi of Faulu Microfinance Bank, the late Milka Wanjiku. Nephew, Uncle, Cousin and Friend of many.

Prayers are being held at his home in Superhighway Estate, Kenyatta Road, Juja at 5.30pm, and also at PCEA St. Andrews Nairobi, at 5.30pm until Wednesday, 20th March 2019.
