Dr. Jeremiah Gateri Njoka

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Dr. Jeremiah Gateri Njoka, former Chairman Kirinyaga County Council, which occurred on 13/10/2021, at The Nairobi Hospital.

Son of the late Njoka and Wakera. Husband to Milka Wambui Gateri. Brother to Jane, Judy, Julia and the late Muchiri, Charity, Njuki and Gachoki. Father to Njoka, Chomba, Machanga, Wanjiru, the late Kaguamba, Njanja, Ruth, Ndemi, Njeri, Margaret, Dickson and the late Julia. Grandfather and Great-grandfather to many.

Relatives and friends are meeting at his Ngungu home, starting from 3:00pm, Green Ficus Hotel (Wanguru Town, starting 7:00pm) and at Hot Dishes Hotel – Nairobi, daily.

The cortege will leave Kibugi Funeral Home – Kutus, on Tuesday 26/10/2021, at 8:00am, for funeral service at his Ngungu Village, Ngiroche Sub-location, Kabare Location, Kirinyaga East Sub-county, Kirinyaga County.
