Dr. Joseph Nyakwamba Muok

We are sad to inform you of the untimely and sudden death of Dr. Joseph Nyakwamba Muok which occurred on January 9.2020. He was a resident of New York, USA.

He was son to the late Nathaniel Muok and the late Mama Aska Omega.. Stepson to the late Jennifer Ajwang’ Muok and son in law to the late Paul Andrew Oruya and the late Dorcas Tabitha of ugenya kager. He was a loving husband to Pauline Oruya Muok. Father to Noel, Aska, Christie, Laureana and Paul. He was a brother to David Muok, Rebecca Opee, Andrew Kasuku Muok, Prisca Boyi, the late Wilkista Okoth, the late Damaris Okeyo and the late Lameck Owira. Step brother to Grace Omollo, Donau Nyacharo_Bernard Oseno, the late Jomo and the late Odhiambo.

Brother in law to Benta Muok, Patrick Omono, John Nyacharo. Evaline Achieng, Tim Ger Oruya, Judy Abisage Oruya, Susan Oloo Oruya, Christine Oruya Oginga, Esau Oginga, the late Jonathan Okoth, the late Benjamin Opee, the late Elly Okeyo, the late Crompton Boyi, the late Margaret Owira, the late Editor Owira, the late Samwel Andrew Oruya and the late Bernard Oruya. Loving uncle to William Suju, George Okoth, the late Norah. Rose Wmosi, Nancy Were, Robert Opee, Beatrice Opee, Alice Opee, Liz Opee, Grace Awuor, Steven Mbadi, Phillip Muok, Geoffrey Okeyo, Olga Okeyo, Fred Okeyo, Otieno Boyi, Lameck Boyi, John Boyi, Beryl Owira, Winfred Owira, Sammy Owira, Paul Omollo, Grace Achieng’, Victor Nyacharo, Simpson Nyacharo and Rodgers Muok amongst others.

The late Dr. Joseph Nyakwamba Muok will be laid to rest on February 7, 2020 at his ancestral home in Minya Village, Gwasi Location, Homa-bay County.
