It’s with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Edward Barasa Cheptum after a short illness.

Son of the late Jonathan Barasa and late Risper Barasa. Husband of the late Agnes Barasa and Linet Barasa. Loving Dad of Mercy, Ken, Ronald, Brenda, Linda and Felix. Brother of the late Tom, Fred, Alex, Andrew, Beatrice, Rosemary, Phillis, Winrose and Agnes. Grandfather of Jeremy, Adrian, Keisha, Antonio, Lynn, Charlotte, Elisha, Jerome and Natalie. Father-in-law of Joab, Victor and Maryann.

Fundraising will be held on Friday 19th April, 2019 at his home in Cheptais at 11.00am. Mpesa no. 0725 159153.

The cortege leaves Life Care Hospital Mutuary Bungoma on Wednesday 24th April at 2.00pm for his home.

He will be paid to rest on Friday 26th April 2019 at his home in Cheptais Bungoma County.
