It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely demise of Edward Githae Mwangi of Kahawa West Estate, which occurred on 28th November 2020.

Husband of Victoria Wangui Wahome of Kahawa West Estate. Father of Lisa Njambi and Ivy Kaimori. Son of Eng. Kenneth Mwangi Githae and Salome Njambi Mwangi both of Maziwa Estate, Kamuthi 44, Kahawa. Son-in-law of Charles Wahome (Makadara Estate) and the late Jane Kaimori. Brother of Jane Mwaura, Judy Mwangi both of Nairobi Water and Sewerage Co. and Esther Wambui of Communication Authority. Brother-in-law of Hillum Mwaura of Nairobi Water and Sewerage Co., Peter Mwangi and James Kariuki, both businessmen.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily at their home Maziwa estate, Kamuthi 44 near Methodist Church for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home, on Tuesday 8th December, 2020, 7:30am. Funeral service and burial will take place the same day at their farm Maragwa, Murang’a County.

God giveth and it is He who has taken. May the name of the Lord be praised.
