Son of Mrs Nester Dishon and the late Dishon Gatuku. Son in law of the late Florence Kibe and Joshua Kibe. Nephew of Alfred Gatu of Thumaita, Kirinyaga.
Husband of Helen Mwaniki and father of Doris Nyokabi, Kevin Macharia and Lawrence Macharia.
Brother of Murithi, the late Muchiri, Nancy, Nyamu, the late Mary, Nyaga, Mercy, Dennis, Kelen, the late Meru, Rufus, Prof. Nyaga, the late Hellen, the late Njeru, Njue, Mbogo, Mwarimu, Gaceru, Eston and Ann.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Friday, 28th November 2025 at 9.00 am for PCEA Mutero Church, Karen at 10.00 am for the funeral Service.
