Elam Festus Kabinga

 4th November 1940 to 24th August 2020

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Elam Festus Kabinga.

He was the beloved husband to Lydia Muthoni of Thika. Son of the late Festus Gathecha, Eva Wamuyu Shelmith Waniiru. Father to Winnie Kiiru and James Gichohl, Ann Kabinga and Keith Gretton, William Gathecha and Njeri. Grandfather to Samuel Kiiru, Allan Kabinga, Tracy Atieno, Lance Otieno, Elam Kabinga, Shaf Muthoni, Beth Wangui & Nia Wangui. Brother to Peris Gikonyo, Penina Njiru, Francis Kibugu, the late Wilson Kabinga, the late Asaph Kariuki, James Wahome, Jane Wanjau and the late Perpetual Wakonyo. Brother-in-law to Rose Munyua, Grace Kamau, Emma Muiruri, Joyce Nguru, the late Evelyn Waithera, James irungu, Jennifer Mwangi, Mercy Ndegwa and Richard Maina.

The funeral will take place on Friday 28th August 2020. We shall assemble at 8.30am at Montezuma Funeral Home, Thika-Murang’a Road. The cortege will leave at 930 am for a graveside service at his Makuyu Farm. Due to COVID-19 Government regulations the funeral shall be restricted to the family and a few friends.
