It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Elder Anthony Ngatia Njoroge of PCEA Mwiki, Kasarani East Parish, formerly of Telkom (K) Ltd which occurred on 8th July 2019.

Son of the late Samson Njoroge and Milka Gathoni (Kagere village). Loving husband of Jane Wanjiku. Caring father of Elizabeth and Eric Omariba, Kenneth and Carolyne Njoroge and Paul Muriuki. Brother of the late George Gikuri, the late Mathew Gakuo, Simon Wataku, Hellen Wanjiru, Thomas Gichuki, Esther Njeri, Gerald Gikuri, Charles Mwangi, Festus Gakuo, the late Elizabeth Gathoni, the late Purity Wambui, Rose Kabuiya, Nahashon Gathogo, AliceWatetu, Rev. Joseph Ngatia and Peter Ndiritu.

Son-in-law of the late Muriuki Gatheru and late Elizabeth Wanjiru (Nairutia). Brother-in-law of Loise Wanjiru, Elizabeth Waithera, John King’au, Keziah Nyambura, John Mucheru, Hellen Gathigia, Catherine Ndonga, Kinyua Muriuki, Wangai Muriuki, Lydiah Wamuyu, Zachary Kabugi, Wanjiku Nguni, the late Samuel Machira, Solomon Thamaini, and Charles Kabugi. Grandfather of Isaac, Joel, Joy, Bridgit, Grace and Abigael.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home in Mwiki Kasarani, and at Norwich Union 7th floor-Nairobi CBD.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Mortuary on Tuesday 16th July, 2019 at 7.00 am for a service in celebration of his life at PCEA Kagere Church and thereafter he will be laid to rest at his home in Kagere village, Othaya Sub-county in Nyeri County.
