Elias Manyinsa Omanwa

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved Father, grandfather & great-grandfather Elias Manyinsa Omanwa son of Michael Omanwa, Salome Nyang’ong’o and Clemencia Monnayo of Bogesaka Village, Omokonge Sub-location, Masige, Bobasi Constituency, Kisii County which occurred on 28th of February 2019 at Meridian Equator Hospital, Nairobi. He was a Retired Teacher, Former Director and Chairman – Nyamache Tea Factory.

Husband of Mary Kerubo and Jane Nyarangi. Father of Regina (DP Maasai Girls), Beatrice (Nrb), Cyprian (Kabeo Sec), Peter (Amariba Sec), Margret (Nyabite Pri), Pauline (KU),Vincent (Nrb), Carolyne (Avenue Hos), Rose (Nrb), Cicilia (Nyamache Sec), Gabriel (Isiolo County), Boniface (AIA Architects), Patricia (Kisii) and Stephen (Kenya Airports Authority). Brother of Sosi, Thomas (NKR), Nyabwengi, Peter Omanwa (OCPD Changamwe), Motari (Kisii Police), Jane, Nyanduko, late Achochi, Momanyi, Colleta, Agata, Nyangacha Osoro, Mogotu, Nyanchama, Mong’ina, Florence and Magret. Father in-law to, Henry, Julius, Omweri, Enock, Eucabeth, Agnes, Mellen, Rose, Eunice, Christine, Irene and the late the late Philip Nyambati.

Family and friends will meet on Tuesday March 5th, 2019 at Professional Center Nairobi for a final fundraising. Daily meeting are taking place at Garden Square Nairobi as from 5pm.

The cortege will leave Umash Funeral Home on Thursday 7th March 2019, for funeral service and burial at his matrimonial home in Bogesaka Wage, Omokonge Sub-location, Kisii County on 8th March 2019.
