It is with humble acceptance of the Lord’s will that we announce the demise of Mzee Elijah M’Nkanata M’Rimbere of Mariinya-A-Ruibi village, Kiirua Location, Buuri Sub-County, Meru County which occurred on 05/04/2019 at St. Matia Mulumba Mission Hospital, Thika.

Son of the late M’Rimbere M’Mugambi and the late Kambura Rimbere. Loving husband of Tabitha Elijah and Grace Elijah. Father of Henry Kirima, Nathan Mbaabu, Lucy Kigetu, Jennifer Nguta, Hellen Mukuba, Paul Mwiti, Silas Maingi, Ruth Kanyiri, Robert Nkanata of Equatorial Nut Processors Ltd, Lewis Gatobu of Jungle Nuts, Catherine Mwendwa and Frida Kagwiria. Brother of the late M’Mbui, the late MAkiugu, the late M’Ikiara, M’Nkubitu, the late Kinya, the late Nkatha, the late Mwari and Kangai. Father-in-law of Jacinta Kirima, Doris Mbaabu, Stanley Gituma, Susan Mwiti, Francis Muriungi, Karimi Maingi, Robert Kiriinya, Celine Robert, Penina Lewis and Timothy Muriungi.An uncle, grandfather and great grandfather of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Thika Dreams Motel and his home in Mariinya-A-Ruibi village for prayers and funeral arrangements starting 6:00pm.

The Cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Saturday 13th April 2019 at 6:00am.The funeral and burial service will take place at his home on the same day.
