Elizabeth Njeri Kuhutha

It is with profound sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved Elizabeth Njeri Kuhutha on Monday 7th June, 2021.

She was the loving wife to the late James Benson Kuhutha. Doting mother to Beatrice Nyambura, Benson Maingi & Susan Ndanu and Daniel Njoroge & Stella Goiri. Daughter of the late Mwalimu Ephraim Njoroge and the late Naomi Wambui.

Sister to Arthur Mwaniki (Njoro), the late Joshua Murigi (Mugo), Margaret Wairimu Njaga (Thika), Mary Wangui Wanjohi (Othaya), the late Charles Chege Njoroge, Ruth Wanjiru Njoroge, Carrie Njeri Mwangi, the late Peter Mwangi and Esther Gathoni. Loving grandmother of Nathaniel Kuhutha, Elizabeth Njeri Jenny Njeri, lvana Waithira and Ethen Myles.

Prayer meetings are going on daily at the Kuhutha family home in Umoja II Estate, whereas funeral arrangement meetings are being held at Bowling Green Restaurant (City Park, Parklands), from 4:00pm and at the upcountry home in Gitui, Kahuhia in Murang’a County from 5.00pm.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home, Kabati on Wednesday 16th June 2021 at 8:00am. The funeral service shall be at St. Mark’s lgwe Parish at Gitui, Kahuhia followed by burial at the family home in Gitui, Kahuhia in Murang’a County on the same day.
