It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of Emanuel Nyangau ‘Manu’ Gichana of Nyamira County Government on 14 October 2018.

Son of Eng. James Okeyo Gichana and Alice Kemunto Gichana of Isoge settlement scheme. Father of Samuel and Katherine. Brother of Dr. Roselyne Nyaboke, Pauline Kwamboka and Edwin Ogeto. Grandson of John G. Okeyo and Lusaria Mogere, the late Benson Momanyi Nyangau and Loice Nyangweso, Benson Onuon’ga, Charles Magare, Alice Nyaigoti, the late Bagwasi, Makori Okeyo, Mathew Nyangau among others. Nephew of David Gichana, Duke Omwenga, George Osebe, Robert Osiago, Bernard Gichana, Grace, Dorcas, Elias Onyiego, Josephine, Jackline, Alice, Hon. Victor Ogeto, Simon Onuonga, S. Nyandwaro, Kennedy, Abel Bagwasi, David Nyameino, Stephen Momanyi, Jane Momanyi, Dr. Maranga, John Chweya. Brother in-law of Dr. Victor Mosoti. Uncle   of Lawrence, Leo among others. Funeral arrangements are taking place daily at Zonic Hotel Kisii town and Tumaini House Nairobi with effect from today Tuesday 23/10/20 1 8 from 5pm.

Burial will take place on 02/11/2018 at his home Riontonyi Village Isoge Settlement Scheme Borabu Nyamira County.

Emmanuel, you were a wonderful son, brother, nephew, grandson and friend. Your warmth and generosity will be truly missed. We love you.
