Emily Jeptum Kogo “Jepicha

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing on of Mrs. Emily Jeptum Kogo “Jepicha.

Daughter of the late Mr. Klpnyango Bonyel, the late Cheptogom Nyango and the late Grace Nyango, Kapchulai.”Wife to the late William Kogo. Loving mother to Charles Rutto, Sally Korich, the late Priscah Kiplagat, Rhoda Sainah (KTDA),Rael Keino, Eunice Koech, Samwel Mitto, and Joel Rutto. Mother-in-law to Milkah Rutto, the late Peter Korich, Kennedy Kiplagat (PostBank), Bill Peter Sainah (MTRH), Simeon Koech, Monicah Rutto, and Philomena Rutto.

Sister to the late Robert Kemboi, Mariko Kemboi, Matthew Mutor, Philemon Kemboi, Simeon Kemboi, Susan, Priscillah, Timothy, Peter, and Julius. Sister-in-law to the late Joshua Keino, the late Wilson Keino, Benjamin Meli, Japhet Meli, Anna Birgen, and Ruth Kosgei. She was a loving grandmother and great grandmother to many. Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her home in Neenyilel Village, Kipkaren Sella, Nandi County.

There will be a fundraiser to offset the medical bill and Koko funeral expenses on Monday 29th March, 2021 at her Sunrise1943 – Sunset:23rd March, 2021 home in Ng’enyilelVillage.

The cortege will leave Kimbilio Hospice Funeral Home on 31st March, 2021 and proceed to St. Peter’s ACK Ng’enyilel for a memorial service. Thereafter the body will be taken to her residence at Ng’enyilel for an overnight vigil.

The burial will be on the 1st April 2021 at her home in Ng’enyilel Village, Nandi County.
